• Develop a robust, scalable go-to-market strategy tailored to the automotive sector.
• Assess target markets, competitive landscapes, and regulatory alignment (e.g., ESPR, CRM Act).
• Define a clear business model, revenue strategy (SaaS, subscription), and commercialisation roadmap.
• Explore IP management and financial planning to ensure long-term platform sustainability.

Description: WP1 coordinates the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of the project to ensure smooth execution. It establishes governance, monitors risks, and tracks milestones to ensure compliance with EIT RawMaterials and EU obligations.

Objectives:

• Establish an effective governance structure, including a Steering Committee and Technical Working Groups.
• Implement a Quality Assurance (QA) framework and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register.
• Oversee financial monitoring, reporting, and budget allocations for all partners.
• Coordinate legal, IP, and data governance, including the finalisation of the Consortium Agreement.

Description: This package focuses on maximising project visibility and stakeholder engagement. It involves delivering a strategic communication plan, branded materials, and participating in industrial events to support the long-term uptake of results.

Objectives:

• Define the project's visual identity, brand guidelines, and multi-stakeholder communication strategy.
• Launch and maintain the project website and social media presence (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
• Coordinate scientific publications and presentations at major conferences like IAA Mobility.
• Engage with industrial standardisation working groups such as Catena-X.

Description: WP3 serves as the structural foundation, mapping the complex Fiat 500e powertrain into a hierarchical digital model. It identifies data requirements and supply chain relationships necessary for creating authentic digital passports.

Objectives:

• Develop a comprehensive hierarchical mapping report for over 10,000 powertrain components.
• Map the global Tier 1–3 supplier network to ensure end-to-end value chain traceability.
• Audit existing data from ERP/MES systems and identify gaps in sustainability or material information.
• Define a harmonised DPP data schema and attribute taxonomy aligned with ESPR.

Description: The technical core of the project involves building a blockchain-enabled engine that integrates real-time ERP/MES data into a consolidated passport. It uses a Catena-X compliant dataspace for trusted, decentralised data exchange.

Objectives:

• Create a federated dataspace architecture with Asset Administration Shell (AAS) connectivity.
• Develop an ontology-driven semantic engine for automated data interpretation and validation.
• Build a multi-protocol integration layer to support diverse industrial data formats.
• Demonstrate a validated multi-level cDPP structure in real-world operational conditions.

Description: This package provides the "environmental proof" by conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for key BEV powertrain components. It generates verified data to support eco-design and circularity claims in alignment with EU standards.

Objectives:

• Define a standardised LCA methodology and system boundaries using the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) framework.
• Collect and validate Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) data covering materials, energy, and manufacturing.
• Perform detailed comparisons of environmental impacts between virgin and recycled Critical Raw Materials (CRMs).
• Deliver auditable LCA impact results per part and for the entire powertrain system.

Description: Representing the human element, WP6 focuses on upskilling the workforce and fostering public understanding of raw material sustainability. It delivers targeted awareness campaigns and certified training programs.

Objectives:

• Develop and execute a social awareness campaign with a dedicated materials toolkit.
• Design a dual-format (online and in-person) certified training curriculum.
• Deliver tailored courses for industry professionals and students/interns to improve digital and ESG skills.
• Organise at least five workshops across two countries to engage over 100 stakeholders.
